My Camera or Microphone Is Not Working

    If your camera or microphone is not working, check permissions first.

    • Inside Tive: Profile > Account or App Settings > enable microphone and camera
    • On iPhone: Settings > Tive > enable microphone and camera
    • On Android: Settings > Apps > Tive > Permissions > enable microphone and camera

    After updating permissions, restart the app and try again.
