Create your email signature
Copy Signature tries to copy the rendered signature with formatting and images for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.

Gmail setup instructions
- Fill in your information on this page.
- Click Copy Signature.
- Open Gmail.
- Click the gear icon and choose See all settings.
- Under General, scroll to Signature.
- Click Create new.
- Name your signature and paste it into the editor.
- Set it as your default if desired.
- Scroll down and click Save Changes.
Outlook setup instructions
- Fill in your information on this page.
- Click Copy Signature.
- Open Outlook.
- Go to Settings and search for signature.
- Create a new signature.
- Paste the signature into the editor.
- Assign it to new emails and replies/forwards if needed.
- Save your changes.
Apple Mail setup instructions
- Fill in your information on this page.
- Click Copy Signature.
- Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
- Go to Mail > Settings > Signatures.
- Select your account and click the + button.
- Create a new signature and give it a name.
- Paste the signature into the editor.
- If formatting changes, uncheck Always match my default message font.
- Select it as your default signature if needed.
