Connect is your Home in Tive — the starting point for everything you do in the app, and where Tive’s interpreting services live.
When you open Tive, you land on Connect:
- Approved VRS users go straight to the dialpad, ready to call.
- Tive VRI is one tap away from the dialpad for in-person interpreting.
Tive VRS — interpreter-facilitated phone calls. Tive VRI — in-person communication where a remote interpreter joins on video.
If you’re on another tab (Hub, Chat, or Mix) and want to make a call, tap Home in the bottom menu to return to Connect.
If your VRS registration is not yet approved, the VRS option may be unavailable until approval is complete. You can still access Tive VRI from Connect.
