Tive Contacts are saved with your account and stay in sync across the Tive app and Tive Web, so the people you save are available wherever you sign in.
Find your Contacts
From Home, tap the Contacts tab at the top (between Dialpad and History).
Add contacts
- In the app: tap Import to bring in contacts from your device.
- On the web: import a CSV file of your contacts.
Each contact can include a name (required), one or more phone numbers and email addresses, and notes. Tive automatically removes duplicates by phone number or email.
Search and organize
- Search by name, phone number, email, or company.
- Favorite / pin the people you call most so they stay at the top.
- Contacts are sorted alphabetically, and phone numbers are formatted for you.
Export your contacts (web)
From Tive Web, you can export your contacts to a CSV file — handy for a backup or for moving them elsewhere.
