How to Make a VRS Call with Tive

After your VRS registration is approved, making a call is simple.

1. Open Tive, or tap Home in the bottom menu if you’re on another tab. You’ll land on Connect — your Home.
2. If your VRS registration is approved, you’ll go straight to the dialpad. (If not, tap Tive VRS first.)
3. Dial the number you want to call.
4. Connect with a certified interpreter who will place the call for you.

Use your call history for quick redial when needed.
