To make VRS calls in Tive, you must complete Tive VRS registration inside the app.
- Open the Tive app and sign in.

Tap Home in the bottom menu — Connect is your Home, where VRS registration lives.

Tap Register for VRS.

Enter your information exactly as it appears on your government ID.

Upload a clear photo of your government ID.

Choose either a new Tive VRS number or transfer your existing VRS number.
If you choose a new number, you can select from available numbers and area codes.
If you transfer a number, enter your current VRS number, select your provider, and complete the Letter of Authority.
