To make VRS calls in Tive, you must complete Tive VRS registration inside the app.
- Open the Tive app and sign in.
- Tap Connect on the bottom menu.
- Tap Register for VRS.
- Enter your information exactly as it appears on your government ID.
- Upload a clear photo of your government ID.
- Choose either a new Tive VRS number or transfer your existing VRS number.
If you choose a new number, you can select from available numbers and area codes.
If you transfer a number, enter your current VRS number, select your provider, and complete the Letter of Authority.
