Tive VRI is for real-time interpreting when you and the hearing person are in the same room and need a remote interpreter on screen.
- Open Tive, or tap Home in the bottom menu if you’re on another tab. You’ll land on Connect — your Home.
- From the dialpad, tap Tive VRI.
- If you already have minutes, connect right away.
- If you do not have minutes, choose a plan and complete payment.
- Wait for a certified interpreter to join.
- Starter: 15 minutes
- Standard: 30 minutes
- Premium: 60 minutes
Your VRI minutes do not expire.
